Privacy Policy

Roxylab (roxylab.app) makes short videos from your idea, your logo and your photos. It is operated by TITUS TIMOTHY DAVID, doing business as Roxylab and Proxylang, Seoul, South Korea ("we", "us"). This policy says what we collect, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do.

Short version. We use your files only to make your videos. We delete your uploads and videos 30 days after the final render. We do not sell your data and we do not use your files to train AI models. Payments go through Polar, so we never see your card number.

1. What we collect

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies on roxylab.app.

2. Who processes your data for us

We use these companies to run the service. Each one receives only what its task needs.

Background removal, photo generation and video rendering run on computers we operate ourselves.

3. AI and your content

We do not use your uploads, ideas or videos to train AI models.
We use our AI providers' business APIs. Their terms limit how they may use what we send them.
Voices in your videos are synthetic voices from ElevenLabs. They are not recordings of you.

4. How long we keep it

5. The public gallery

Your video goes into Roxylab's public gallery only if you tick "Share my video in Roxylab's gallery". It is off by default. Ask us at any time and we take it down. A shared video shows your brand name and the video. It never shows your email or account.

6. Where your data goes

We are based in South Korea. Our providers process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries where they run servers. Where the law requires it, we rely on the providers' data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

show you the personal data we hold about you, or send you a copy
correct it
delete your account and everything in it
delete one video or one file now, before the 30 days are up
stop sending you emails that are not about your account or your videos

Email hello@roxylab.app from the address on your account. We answer within 10 days. These rights apply under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the EU and UK GDPR, and similar laws where you live. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Roxylab is for businesses and people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Files are stored in private storage, and only your account can open them. Sign-in uses one-time codes or Google, so we never store a password for you.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we email you before the change takes effect and update the date at the top.
